I had sent VW Credit a GW letter (to their Michigan main HQ) in late September (my second one; I never heard anything after the first one I sent in August), and received word back the other day a statement that outlined EVERY single payment that I made to them -- if I was on-time or late (and by how many days), as well as the three Payment Due Date changes that I made.
I had 19 lates over the 64 months of the loan, ranging from 31 to 42 days. The majority of those lates stemmed from an extensive period of unemployment and under-employment that I had (around 15 months) and I had to sue my former employer for my severance package pay.
This information on my situation was included in my original GW letter, but no luck. I'm assuming I need to write at least two or three more GWs, but has anyone had any luck getting adjustments from VW Credit?
