This information is garnered by the cra from creditors who report to them about you. You should correct wrong information - but you'll 'prolly need to do it in writing.
I had to send each one a letter pointing out what needed to be corrected. You should accompany your letter with a copy of a current utility bill that has your correct name and address on it. I also sent them a copy of a governement issued id (drivers license). And also make sure you include your DOB and SS#. When I sent this information in, it took about 1 work week for the info. to be updated.
