VantageScore and inquiries

Does anyone know if VantageScore counts the full two years that inquiries are listed? FICO counts just the most recent one year.

I think it is 2 years only because I recall seeing score changes in my favor on CK and TrueCredit when the inquiry hit 2 yrs. Never bothered to study it in detail though to narrow out that TL hitting the 2-yr mark.

Thanks. I ask because of the considerable difference between TU (955) and EX (866). The data across the agencies appear identical except for inquiries, and I'm under the impression they all use the same formula.

On my TrueCredit TU report it says this:

In addition to the factors listed above, the number of inquiries on your credit report has adversely affected your credit score.

The INQ is from 6/10.  I dont have any other INQs  I don't know if it really is affecting my Vantage score or not..
