Hello! I have a paid VERIZON collection that I PAID IN FULL in Aug 05. It is only reporting on EX and TU. I disputed it because it says:
Reported Since: July 06
Date of Status: July 06
Last Reported: July 06
Status: Paid, Closed/account charged off, $487 written off
Account History: Charge off as of July 06
The results came back today and they just updated all of the dates to 2/06 and it was PAID in 8/05.
It looks for recent than it should but a dispute didn't help much. Should I dispute again? Has anyone had any results with a GW letter and Verizon? Ideally, I would love for the debt to be deleted, but right now I would just be happy if they had the dates right.
Any suggestions?
