IF I could something I would. It has been almost a year trying to remove verizon collection from my account. When I cancel my account, back in 2005, they did not send me a final bill, few weeks later they called me that I own them 108 dollars. So, I paid. in the summer of 2006, I started to work on my credit report to improved, and there it was!!!Verizon!!! I tried to called them, and I plead with them and nothing. I hired these phony agencies to remove it and nothing. Now, I am trying to remove it myself.
Any advice??? How to remove it? Because of a lousy 108 paid collection on my transUnion my score is 599!!!!!!!!! AHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!
Which is funny because I paid the collection and on my TU report is showing account closed on March of 2007. This is just crazy, since I closed and paid the account back in 2005. I think this is why my score is so low.
