Hello, There was a lengthy discussion on this topic but wanted to ask a question I don't think was answered...I've learned that the "Voluntary Non Suit" letter to have judgment removed after paid in full is only valid if it is initiated BEFORE the judgment is final. Is this correct? Thanks!
