WHAT TO DO AFTER-NO ANSWER TO DV to a CA

This worked for me.  You should wait for the 30 days after they sign for DV.

I had already disputed on 6/24      disputed completed. After it was complete I sent DV  CMRRR
  Signed 7/18

I sent a letter to CRA  stating that CA  had 30 days to validate this account,or stop reporting to any CRA (stat #). As of *date* they had have not been able to validate. Federal law (stat #) states that they will be in violation of federal law (stat #) If they report to any Credit Bureau.

If they can not validate the debt, they can not verify it.

I stated that the CA was in violation (stat #)  and because of this the CRA might also be in violation for reporting inaccurate info.  Please delete!
NOT WORD FOR WORD   but you get the idea.

I only sent to EQ and EX as at that time it wasn't on tu.

EQ and EX  deleted...they took their time  but they did it.

Along with letter I sent....copy of DV letter....copy of GC...I went to post office and they printed out,on USPS letterhead....complete info...Sometimes you can not read the name of person signing & other info.....this gives very clear info.
