TU 98 for 20 bucks or who knows what TU FICO for free. Hmm. Gee I think I'll pay 20 bucks. Not.
This might be a very dumb question, but does the walmart card cover all purchases or just in store purchases? I might be interested if I can use it for other things too, not just in store stuff.
Thanks!

Thanks!
The Walmart store card can be used for Walmart purchases but the Walmart Discover can be used anywhere Discover is accepted.
I've had a Walmart card since May 2011. Today I decided to view my balance online. While I was signing up I was informed that I would recieve a monthly FICO pull if I choose electronic delivery of my statement. Once I completed the signup, I was surprised to see my TU04 score. I know it's TU04 b/c I just had my credit pulled for a mortgage app. To my surprise, the scores were exactly the same. So now I'll be using...
WALMART for my FREE official TU score. (UPDATED MONTHLY ON THE 10th)
MyFico for my ~13.00 Equifax score
PSECU for my FREE Experian (UPDATED MONTHLY AROUND THE 15th)
Once I find a free alternative for Equifax I can stop paying outrageous fees to MyFico.

2400.... low compared to my other cards but only plan to use it for my monthly cell phone bill so it'll work.
Just applied for the Walmart card and was shockingly approved. The TU04 FICO will be a nice feature for having this card.
so we are positive it is a 2004 model? isn't there a newer one, somewhere? i mean, i know one person said it matched their mortgage pull, but it's just one person...
has anyone just called walmart & asked to see what they say about it?
