Re: What does this mean?

thanks for that info.  I will do that today..  Question though, would the court know if this has been dismissed?  Couldn't I call them and ask ?

Re: What does this mean?

Well, the court will know of the dismissal and they are supposed to send an initial update to the CRA.  However, the CRA will not verify with the court, so perhaps they are getting their information from L/N.  That is what you need to find out.

Myhearts,

TU shouldn't give you too much of a problem.  I would re-dispute with the MOV.  I would be surprised if they did not delete it.  I have had very good response from them.  YMMV...Smiley Wink
