What is considered listed twice?

I've heard a few people say that something in their report is listed twice.  What exactly does that mean? 

I have an account that is listed as a CA (under collections)..... it is also listed as a judgement (under public records).  Would this be considered listed twice or is it a legitimate listing (since it was a collection that turned into a judgement?

I just got a deletion by citi card where they had listed it twice on my DW

credit report. They had reported both the original amount and the Judgement. I DV them that they were dinging me twice for same account.

They deleted the original account.
