I am trying to e.mail Verizon CEO regarding an old account that I have paid already (2006), It is showing on my credit reports as "paid". I requested a removal and they simply refused even though it was not my mistake in the first place. I have had a service for as little as 5 days and cancelled it, I have returned the equipments and paid prorated amount as CSR explained and been informed I have a zero balance. I gave them my new address in case something comes up. I never received a bill and I assumed everything was fine until I saw it reported as bad debit ( $39). Now I would like to e.mail their CEO and don't know if there any specific letter to send?? That would be helpful
