I just purchased my scores and it was 757 TU and 712 EQ. Is that even considered good anymore?

Yes, it depends on the lender, the type of score, the situation, the times and whether some butterfly in China takes a right or a left at some street corner. It's better to err on the side of having a score that's twenty points higher than you need it than the opposite.
