I was going through my credit report, and it looks like my "magic year" for when most if not all my derogs/CO's, etc will all go away is 2015. Which works out perfectly because that is also the year I hope to have all my student loans paid off, and when we start looking into buying another house/land. (Which will be the only debt we have!!)
So what's your magic year, and what will you do to celebrate it? If your year has already passed, then when was it, and how have you celebrated?

My magic year is/was 2012.
My last negative item fell off of my reports earlier this year.
Frankly, I'm trying NOT to celebrate it too much...I already have too many inquiries, and too high of a utilization...
Will the debt be satisfied on the accounts when the derogs are excluded from your CR?
CR exclusion of derogs reported on a debt does not exclude the continued presence of unpaid debt.......

All CO's and derogs have been paid in full or settled.
Mine was 2003 when my BK finally died of old age. It was my last negative.

thats awesome!
2012. After almost 7 years of a major derog from BofA.
Mine was 6/2012, when my BK finally fell off all reports. All other derogs/IIB had fallen off by 2006-7. I pulled my new reports, then did a app-spree (cards I was denied due to BK to celebrate)! As a result, I will be in the Garden indefinitely! LOL
About a week. Last derog will fall off TU and all three will be clean.
Not applying for anything but it'll be nice to see the last one go.
