Hello everyone!
I have had a good run this past year rebuilding my credit and opening up many cards that I thought I would never be able to get. However I can't seem to increase my credit scores especially experian. I do have some baddies that come off next year which will help but in the meantime what can I do to increase my score? I have been really bad and have 24 INQ's (I know yikes) and you can see all the cards I have open in my signature. I am staying in the garden until my baddies fall off next year so I WILL NOT be applying for credit anytime soon.
Just wanted to get everyones thought's on what I should do? Or if doing nothing at all is better.
Thanks!
Pay on time, let your accounts age, let your INQs and derogs fall off. Time is your friend.
Time Time TIme , thats the only thing you can do
dont cause more drop by applying let inquires Age and as mentioned above pay on time

I agree, If you are not going to increase your CL, time is the only thing to help. However, getting baddies to fall off alone may not get you to 700's. Are you carrying balances on your current cards, getting rid of those and PIF will help also.
I owe $900 on barclay, $900 on Macy's, $200 on Amazon and then under $100 on Bloomingdale's and Walmart. I am going to try and pay all of those off too in the meantime which hopefully will help. I pay in full my bofa card every month and all the other cards have a $0 balance.
Play that UTI game and only let one card report a 9% balance. Get the others to report a $0 balance. That will give you a little bump but like others have said, let the INQs and other baddies drop off. TIME!

There's your problem. Derogs will always be a major bottleneck. See if there's anything in the Rebuilding subforum that will help you to address them.
