What to do when no reply to Non-PP letter

The Non-PP letter states they have 1 business day to reply, it has been over two weeks, just would like to know what my plan of action should be?

It might state 1 day but at times the creditor notifies the CRA   and the CRA is slow.
 
What was the ing for and  what was the date?
