What will paying off my morgage do to my CR scores?

I am selling my house and will no longer show that I'm paying a large morgage each month..  I will not be buying another house anytime soon.

What do you guys think this will do to my score?

It is posible you will take a small hit for your MIX of CREDIT

TU likes to see an active mortgage-

Now- if you have proceeds from the selling of the house and are paying off revolving debt - that will boost you more than the hit from losing the mortgage-
