Talk is cheap..........if they are reporting send them a DV CMRRR wait for 30 days then dispute.

They can keep updating until their 30 days are up!
They can keep reporting if they don't own the account?
Personally, I think they should be in violation for EACH time they updated after the sold date. But that's just me.
