When a creditor skips a reporting month.....

Does this mean it is in fact SKIPPED for that month or will they update say 2 months at a time when they get to it?

FYI this is for a CU.

Thanks!

Re: When a creditor skips a reporting month.....

I have blank months on some of my reports.  Semms to make no difference as far as I know

The slide from grace is really more like gliding
And I've found the trick is not to stop the sliding
But to find a graceful way of staying slid

Thanks Midnight,

So when we ask someone to GW a late and opt to not report that month it ends there right? And if the following month you are on time it will report on time for that month only and not update 2 months and show previous months late and current ok.  Do you understand what I am saying? Lol

Re: When a creditor skips a reporting month.....

It means nothing

No creditor is requried to do monthly reporting.

If they skipped. that is up tp them.

Then can fill it in later, or just ignore it.

The FCRA only regulates that reporting be acccurate upon reporting.

It does not regulate any reporting schedule.
