When does MyJewelersClub report to Experian

I am in the process of trying to rebuild my credit. In doing so I opened a MyJewelersClub account 3 months ago. The account posted to TU and EQ fairly quickly and helped both scores by 38 and 35 points which was GREAT and I was thrilled. However, as I said it's been a little over 3 months and it has yet to post to Experian. Does anyone have any experience with this scenario they can share? Thanks in advance for your help.

Have you called the creditor and asked them if they report to Experian?  Not all creditors do that.

What tools are you using to check your EX reports?  And your EQ and TU reports?

Before you call the creditor, if I were you I would get the date opened and the date reported for this account, as it appears on your TU and EQ reports.  Having these dates on hand may make it easier to have a productive conversation with the customer service rep at MJC.
