When does PenFed PLOC report?

I've had a PenFed personal line of credit for a few months, and am trying to get a feeling for what balance is reported when.

In the first cycle the balance that was reported to the bureaus was the balance as of the 30th day of the month.

But in the second cycle the balance that was reported to the bureaus was the balance as of the 3rd day of the month.

Neither was the statement balance.

Are they random about this, or is is there some predictability?

For me it reports the last day of the month.

Credit Karma. For TU & EQ it lists the balance in place on days 3 &4 of the following month, rather than the balance which appeared at the end of the month.
