When is "6 months credit history" for FICO score? CC opened in March.

When exactly is six months credit history? My EX shows accounts opened in March/2013. One card has six months of "OK" reported already. Technically my card opened on march 6th. How do I know when I have a fico score? Will it be in September or could it be already with the six "OK" reports?

If you have 6 months of history reporting then you'll be able to generate a FICO score ~ and it sounds like you are there now.

interesting question. I wonder if it really is the payment updates vs the month opened? As far as age, wouldn't a report still say 5 months until September 1st?

It depends on how many months have been reported.   Assuming there's been a payment reported for Mar, Apr, May, June, July, Aug, it would show 6 months now.
