When will this fall off report?

can someone tell me when this will fall off my credit report?

is the SOL 7 years for indiana?

Michelle - your history says 3/2002 was when you were first 30 days late, does this sound right?  If so, it should fall of in 3/2009, or about a year from now.

Of course, since the date of status says 10/2002, the CRA might not delete it until 10/09, but I would dispute it on 3/1/09 saying it is too old / obsolete item and must be deleted.

Which CRA is reporting this?  All 3 or just 1?
