Looking at the above, which I copied from my CR, is it possible that this will fall off my CR 07/12; since that is 7 years since date of last activity? This is one major baddie for me. Thanks for any info...

From my experience, it will fall off anywhere from 7-12 to the end of the year, since some can report up to 7.5 years if I am not mistaken.

Hi there.
None of the dates listed are applicable. What you need to know is the DoFD (Date of Fiest Delinquency). A collection can report no longer than 7.5 years from the DoFD on the OC (Original Creditor) account that led to the collection.
From a BK years ago to:
EX - 3/11 pulled by lender- 835, EQ - 2/11-816, TU - 2/11-782

I noticed that this collection is from AFNI. They are one of the best CAs when it comes to deleting paid collections from your CRAs.
So when you pay there is a good chance that you can get it removed.

Since the collection was apparently assigned in 3/09, I would assume that the DOLA of 7/05 referred to was on the OC account.
That would imply a DOFD earlier than 7/05.
This being 2/2012, the current DOFD exclusion date would be 8/2004.
It looks like you might be within a year of CR exclusion.
Get the DOFD, add 7 years and 180 days, and you will have the specific statutory date of exclusion.
