Which Credit Card Companies are likely to respond to PFD or GW?

Dillard's (gemb) 2 30 days lates, gw letter, immediate removal.

JC Penney (gemb) 2 30 days removed, I telephoned them.  Also late charges refunded to my account.  Although I did notice that one really old one was removed & one current.  One other current (within 12 months) wasn't removed....me thinks boo-boo.  I'll email them.

Firestone (cfna)  No gw, but I'll keep trying.

B of A, No gw (phone call) but did agree to remove lates through my cccs.  No refund of late charges though.

My other baddies are too old to be concerned about other than Chase from a year ago.  I doubt they'll be receptive.

at what age of a baddie should you not worry about a GW? i have some from 2006. I am new to the forum. thanks for any help.
