I am interested in applying for a personal loan, and TU is my strongest report. I know for credit cards, Cap One and Barclays pull TU, but I am looking for a personal loan lender that pulls TU exclusively.
Both Lending Club and Promise Financial pull TU exclusively. In both cases, it's a soft pull for initial approval. With Lending Club, it remains a soft pull even if you go through with the loan. With Promise Financial, they do a hard pull if you proceed with the loan.
Lending Club pulled TU and IDA (which I'm not familiar with). I had never heard of Promise Financial, so thanks for the heads up. They seem to have reasonable APRs from the little research I've done so far.

I had a loan with Lending Club at 16.55%. Took out a loan last month with Promise Financial at 6.2% and paid off the Lending Club loan.
