Looking for best place to be able to find out who has been soft pulling me. I have the services here and USAA but the reports only show hard pulls. Where can I find (WCIF) a place that will let me check soft pulls? Do I have to order a full report from one of the CRA's?
Thanks,
Duncan
Yes, you need full reports from CRAs. If you want a comprehensive list, you'll need to pull from all three. I'm curious. What do you care?

Consumers additionally have the right, under FCRA 609(a)(5), to receive from the CRAs a "record of all inquiries received by the agency during the 1-year period preceeding the request that identified the consumer in connection with a credit or insurance transaction that was not initiated by the consumer,"
That includes inquiries by so-called skip tracers that seek header information, and those related to so-called promotional inquiries for firm offers for credit.
EQ Scorewatch reports soft pulls for your EQ report. Their service is a little pricey and slow.

I have Score Watch and havent seen any soft pull information there or alerts re the same. Guess I'm not being soft pulled right now.

There won't be an alert of a soft pull and it has been a few years since I used EQ's service so they may not provide it anymore. Just to double check you are not using MyFICO's Score Watch?
I use SW also and I never see the soft pulls show up on anything, actually based off what I have read in the forums I'm not sure soft pulls will show up on any report of any sort but possibly on a credit monitoring service that I do not know of but keep checking the post maybe someone know's of one?
You must use EQ's version from their site.
