My TU and EQ Ficos are 680 and 700 repectivly. No DTI (no mortgage or other installment loans). My oldest account is four years old, $20k in credit limits, $2k in balances. I have a Discover More and AMEX; about 10 other revolving cards total. Salary is north of $90k and I hold 25% of that in savings. I've been at my same employer for 3 years and in the same occupation for 7 years.
I am looking to purchase a home during the summer, but would like to get a PLOC now. Looking for $25k-$75k. Any ideas?
