Who to send GW letter to?

There is a collection reported on my CR for an account that I have with a credit union that I am currently a member of.  My bank account got overdrawn and it took me awhile to pay it off, but it was taken care of.  I am wanting to send a GW letter to see if I can get the account removed from my CR.  It was sent to a CA and I am wondering if I should send the GW letter to the credit union or the CA since they are the one reporting it?

I belive you should send it to the Credit Union.

GW usualy goes to creditors, and dispute to CRA's.

It should be the CA as they are reporting.. you can certainly try and send it to the CU but make they they agree to contact the CA to delete.
