Why do CAs report to CRAs after receiving DVs?

I sent out six DV letters around two weeks ago, or after what the CAs claim to be past the 30 days after their first letter to me. I specifically said to stop reporting to the CRAs until they have validated that I own the debt. Several of them have started reporting to new CRAs or have updated existing baddies and have refused to stop reporting.

It's like they either know they can't validate and just want to screw me, or could care less about making any money from me (if the debt is mine) and would rather screw me instead.

Why do they have to be such scumbags???

If you send a DV  after they are already reporting   they can keep reporting for the 30 days ....they must stop after the 30 days unless they answer the DV
