Will Credit Freeze prevent Credit Report Mix-Ups with someone else?

Can anyone give me some advice if credit freeze can helps to prevent my credit information being mixed up with someone else’s? My credit report had been mixed up with my sister last year, had took almost 10 months to serperate from TU. I really don't want to go thru this again, as it's the worst nightmare I have had.  Any help would be apprecaited! Thanks!

Well putting a freeze on your account will prevent anyone including yourself from accessing it unless you lift it so in that since yes.  No one will be able to mix things up so to speak with out you lifting the freeze before hand.
