Will FICO score go up or down?

I was divorced in 1/2008 and the home we purchase stayed in both our names until about 2-weeks ago when I signed it over to her?  My question is will my FICO score go up or down????  My current FICO score is 661, different people have told me different things, some say it will go up and some say it will go down.  The house was originally $96000 and I believe when she refinanced it was $85,000 which contributed heavily to my income to debt ratio.  So can anyone give me the 411 on this....  Thanks in advance.

Your paid-off mortgage will remain on your credit report for the next 10 years; if it was an account in good standing then it will continue to be beneficial to your credit score.  However, you may not see much change in your score in either direction now that the loan is paid off.  Debt-to-income ratio is not factored into your FICO score.
