Will I be approved for a billmelater account based on this info.

1. Applying for billmelater accounts (since don't have to pay for 6 months).  However, I recently opened new CC accounts (Amex CL $2000; Citi select platinum $1900) on mid july. So, their is 1 INQ on equifax and 1 INQ on experian. Hence, will I be approved based on these circumstances?

2. What credit bureau billmelater pull from?

Note: My CH is 4 years and no miss/late payments and never had any loans of any kind or any negative reports. I also have 5 different CC accounts (2 Capital one, 1 citi/sears, 1 Discover more, 1 Chase freedom)

CS: Eqifax: 704 (myfico.com trial)); 717 TU (truecredit.transunion.com trial); Ex 714 (experian trial)

I was approved with 5 inquiries and 3 cc's opened within the 6 months prior to applying.  They pulled Equifax and my score was only 639 at the time.
