? about Late Payments

Should they disappear if the account was IIB? Or only the ones that happened after the BK was filed? The 9 that I have were before I filed for BK.

The creditor (from what I understand) can show late payments only before bankruptcy.  They must state that it is IIB with a zero balance, though.
 
I'm still trying to figure out when they have to stop reporting. (as soon as I file, or as soon as I'm discharged?... and with my converting from a 13 to a 7, it gets even more confusing)

Funny that the same account shows no late payments on my EQ report. The account is not showing at all on my TU report.
