Hello. I was wondering what happens if I purchase some gifts on my discover card to take advantage of online shopping but transfer balance to my 0% intro freedom. Would I lose the cashback eligibility from discover. Thank you.

Discover won't care how they get paid. All your cash back benefits will continue as always. At least that is my experience.

No. As indicated above a BT is effectively a payment. Cash back eligibility is determined by the purchase -- not by the payment. If in doubt you can always refer to the terms.
