anyone else having trouble today with TC updating ?

I click on update and it takes me back to my original credit score or report...whatever page I was on before. It does prompt me to the I AGREE statement and validation code.

Took a long time for the 2nd screen to come up- like 2 minutes
 
Click on update and wait-

That happened to me last week. There was an error with their system not being able to bill the credit card on file, so they could not charge it this month for the renewal, so the account was on lock down.

Just call them, explain your situation. They will cancel the account, and have you log back in with your existing login id, then it will take you through the sign up process again.

It's a bug in their system, and they will not count this error against you.
