Depends on what type of financing you want to. For conforming, with less than 30% down, it's best to get your score up to a 680 level. For FHA, any score can qualify as long as your credit history qualifies.
When was the Ch 13 BK discharged? When was it filed? I imagine all payments made to the trustee were made on time, is that correct?
When were the hospital bills sent to collections? Is the student loan paid, still owing, a charge-off? Was it a federal student loan?
For score improvement tips it'd be better to post in the general credit section.
