Hello,
there was a civial judgement put on my CR from an apartment complex after I had given them my 60 day notice and paid my last months rent. I did not know it was on my CR for several years until I begain to check with TC the property now is owened by another owner and I did show all my proof
that the debit was paid whoever later found out the person that put it on my report did so to many other people as reported by the new on site manger.
even though I had proof they are not the original property the put it on the is they release me from judgement at the court house is there any way to get it taken off my CR?
