cap 1 120 days past due

i had a capital one account that i setteled for less then full amount in 2003. on my report under current status it says its 120 days past due. should it be like that. if no  what should i do. if i dispute will it renew the 7 year before it falls off

At the time is was settled did it go 120 days past due.  When is thedate of the delinquent payment on your CR?  Or was it the last time thy reported it in 2003 that shows the 120 days past due?

well when i view the details of the account it says ststus of 2005 120 days past due

and last activity in jun of 2003
