here is how my BF car is reported. does anyone have any suggestions on how to deal with this?

also I did a search for this car and it showed car as being sold in september 2009. never received anything to try to get car back after repossession and if car was sold shouldn't that sale have been put towards the balance owed on car?
can anyone help me with this? I am so freakin confused!!!! only had 6 months left to pay for this car.
