have a question regarting charge offs
way back in 2005 i have gotten a co in a cc from fcnb
nco became there ca in may of 2006 i have settle for less with them
but fcnb is still saying co as every month
just curius
once a oc sells there acoount to a ca they have no right in reporting to the credit reports?
is that statement correct
