has anyone had any luck getting cox communications to pfd once an account has gone to collections? the account is almost 2 years old. the website says that you have to contact the ca, i've sent pfd to them with no response, already dv the ca. just wondering if anyone has had any success
I got one. Just paid it - and it was gone. My only collection ever, and fortunately it just went bye-bye. I would send a letter and just ask...GOOD LUCK!!
