I've yet to see concrete evidence of large files leading to splits. Yes it happens, but as I said there's nothing concrete about how extra inquiries contribute to that.

However, the inquiry bumpage effects are very easy to notice.

Does Walmart/True Credit still offer this option.  I only see:

 One time access to your complete 3-in-1 Report
 with data from TransUnion, Experian and Equifax  All three credit scores available-your first one
 is complimentary  Just $24.88 one time fee

$24.88 is to pull all your 3 CR's once only. You don't have the luxury of pulling daily, weekly etc. As it stands I believe TC is the best out there for the price. If you have an Amex Card you can use Credit secure available only to Amex members and powered by Experian.

Walmart's service is through True Credit.  I read earlier in this post that if I go through walmart it will cost 11:95 compared to 14:95 through true credit.
