credit report # of report

I recently bought EQ &TU reports on myfico. I can't find a report number on them so I can call to ask questions. LO pulled, too. How do I get a report number to call EX? I pull daily on CredIt Check Total which gives a 9 digit number. When I call EX I can't get to live person because I need 10 digit number.

In the middle of mortgage, don't want online disputes. Collection just aged & fell off EQ, gave me 40 points, but zero balnces did not update. Need collection to drop from EX & TU for better % rate on mortgage.

Maybe I am calling wrong # for CRAs, never get person.

can anyone help me? laptop broke, using phone, hard 2 search forum. thanks

I may be wrong but I don't think the reports you get from myFICO have numbers on them.

The only ones I have seen with the report numbers are directly from the CRAs.  Also, the ones you get from the CRAs are more detailed.
