I sent a gw letter to BP/citibank for a charged off cc I paid.
The response I got today says they cannot locate an account for me because the info was incomplete or illegible. (it was typed so should be legible)
This is the acct number from both my experian and equifax ofcourse they leave off the last few numbers.
My question is: Is there any possiblity I can say this is not mine? they want me to send my social or full account number. I was just hoping this may be a possibility to get this deleted.
Should I send this info??
