Either way the bureaus wont accept it without a real contact person.  It is ultimately GMACs responsibility and they could remove it by contacting TU directly as they well should.

She doesnt have 30 days.  And it shouldn't be there.  I'd paint them into a corner and let them know they have five days or report to FTC.

Oh, i see now... the ole' "electronicly varified". TU i s just varifing the incorrectly reported info. Yep, go to GMAC, do you have a choice? Maybe a MOV to TU, too?
