I had a small real estate loan through Stonebridge Bank that closed earlier this year. They have and still are reporting differently to each of the three CRA's. I called them last year and they said they would fix it. they DID change some of the reporting then, but it still isn't correct. For example, TU shows a 30 day in Aug 06 but EX and EQ show it correctly as current. Here's another example...EQ shows a 30 day in July 05 and 60 in Aug 05 (which is correct and is the last late) but EX shows 30 day in July 05, current in Aug 05 and 60 in Sept 05. Now that just isn't possible!
Because I had a few lates with them, I would be thrilled to get this acct completely removed. Do you think I can use any of this incorrect reporting to help me accomplish that?
