dredit card question

I have currently 5 credit cards that are open i am current on all of them but i have one credit card with an extreme low credit line of only 300.00 and my highest is 6,500.00   would it be advisable to close the 300.00 line ? i have a positive record on this account since 2004

Does the $300 CL have an annual fee?  If not, then it's better to keep it, because it's helping your average age of accounts.  If you close the card now, it will persist on your credit reports for as much as 10 years, and will continue to contribute to your AAoA, but after that it will disappear and your AAoA will drop.

Heavens, no. Use it to charge an Anchor Steam or a morning bun on special occasions, and your util will thank you.
