duplicated verizon paid collection accounts

When applying for a new mortgage my credit report indicated that Verizon had dupilcated two old collection accounts that were paid off, this affected my credit score how can I remove these from it.

Always remember to ck your reports before app'ing for anything (especially big things), so you will not get any surprises.

I had a $58 CA on my EQ and disputed the two on my CR and they erased both!

BTW, which CR did it report twice on?

I would dispute as not mine and hope that the CA doesn't have records & can't verify.  After that all you can do is GW
