Does anyone have email addresses for creditors? I'm too embarrassed to talk to them at this point and would like to send emails. I have addresses, so can snail mail them, but would like to get a jump on this. When I log into my accounts, if I can find an email, it seems to be general inquiries only.
Looking for:
KeyBank/keycorp...think they're also card services or citibank, not sure though (can't find anything online, for them)
