filed BK in 8/2000

Will this fall off in 11/07 which is 7 years after discharge?

Do I need to do anything for this to happen or will it auto fall?

Bankruptcy: Chapters 7, 11, and 12 remain for 10 years from the filing date. Chapter 13 remains seven years from the filing date. Accounts included in bankruptcy will remain seven years from the date they were reported as included in the bankruptcy.

I thought it was seven years, but it is actually 10. What's funny is last year it fell off my EQ but still report on TU and EX.
